How to Use Speed Dial
Speed dial is a function found on Cell
Phone and land-line phones that allows users to dial a number by pressing
one or two keys instead of the entire phone number. Before you can use your phone's speed dial function, you
will need to assign different phone numbers to the speed dial numbers. By following the steps listed below,
you can use speed dial to call family and friends on your cell and
home
 Go to the main menu page on your cell phone.
Go to the "Contacts" portion of the menu.
Select "Speed Dial" or "Speed Dials." Then select
"OK." You will see a list of different numbers. Highlight one of those numbers and click "OK."
Choose one of the names from the Contacts or Phone
Book portion of your cell phone. Then click "OK." You will be asked to confirm the choice. Click "OK" again to
confirm the choice.
Hold down the single digit you highlighted in Step
3 for about 2 to 3 seconds. Your cell phone will then automatically dial the person you chose. You can also
use the speed dial option by pressing down the number you selected in Step 3 and then pressing the "Dial"
button on your cell phone. The cell phone will then dial the person you chose.
